(NASHVILLE, TN) — South Precinct detectives have sworn out arrest warrants charging two men with attempted murder for this morning’s gunfire inside a condo at 270 Tampa Drive.
Jawaan Terrell Walker and Leon Howard Tyson, both 24, are actively being sought. Both lived in another unit in the condo complex.
Harry Dillard, 37, was home with two other persons at 4:25 a.m. when two men, subsequently determined to be Walker and Tyson, entered the condo. Both are believed to have been armed. Shots were fired at Dillard. He was wounded and is in very critical condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The exact motive for the shooting and whether it is connected to illegal drug activity remains under investigation.
